We want you to love your Esoram wake-up light. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
EU Right of Withdrawal If your order was delivered within the EU, you have the legal right to return your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
Conditions for return:
- The item must be returned in good condition — you're welcome to try it, but it should not be damaged
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
How to return: Contact us at support@esoram.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll guide you through the process. Once we receive and inspect the return, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
